I have been a Mindful Practitioner over two years. Each morning I host a Mindful Moment with the entire Upper School students, staff, and faculty on the school television production. I have also incorporated the practice into behavioral management, effectively decreasing student crisis event. And through student and teacher reduction in stress related reactions and increased student focusing on instruction and reduction in teacher stress related events. My doctorate from the University of Virginia in Supervision and Administration. My dissertation was on Collective Teacher Efficacy and its Relationship to Student Achievement.
